Description

At its location in Knappschaft Kliniken Püttlingen, In der Humes 35, 66346 Püttlingen, Knappschaft Kliniken Saar GmbH intends to expand the offer of geriatrics with a focus on dementia into a "world of experience geriatrics". In order to achieve this, stations 9 and 10 will be relocated to the 6th. Upper floor of the main building intended for this purpose. A total of 55 geriatric patients will be able to be treated after completion. Station 10 has been refurbished in the past. The TGA planning required to carry out these tasks for plant groups 1-3 (wastewater, water and gas plants, heat supply plants, air technology plants), performance phases 1-9, §§ 53, 55 HOAI 2021 (basic determination, preliminary planning, design planning, approval planning, execution planning, preparation of the award, participation in the award, object monitoring - construction supervision and documentation, object supervision) are the subject of this procurement procedure. The award is carried out in a step-by-step procedure. There is a gradual commissioning: Level 1 Lph. 1-3 Level 2 Lph. 4 Level 3 Lph. 5-7 level 4 Lph. 8 Level 5 Lph. 9 The performance phases 1-3, § 55 HOAI, have been commissioned with the award of the contract. The further commissioning of Lph 4-9, § 55 HOAI in the aforementioned performance levels 2-5 is subject to a corresponding positive resolution by the supervisory board of the client.
