1. The subject of the contract is the supply of brand new spare parts for buses of Miejski Zakład Komunikacji Spółka z o.o. in Koszalin during the term of the contract. The range and quantity of spare parts are set out in Annex 1a, Annex 1b, Annex 1c, Annex 1d, Annex 1e and Annex 1f to the tender. 2. The subject of the contract consists of six tasks that can be carried out jointly or separately, i.e.: 1) Activity 1 – Supply of spare parts for MAN buses (according to Annex 1a); 2) Activity 2 – Supply of spare parts for SCANIA buses (according to Annex 1b); 3) Task 3 – Supply of spare parts for VOLVO buses (according to Annex 1c); 4) Activity 4 – Supply of automotive accessories (according to Annex 1d); 5) Task 5 – Supply of brake, air-conditioning and heating components (according to Annex 1e). 6) Task 6 – Delivery of wheel rims for MAN, SCANIA and VOLVO buses (according to Annex 1f). 3. Under the concept of car accessories, the Ordering Party understands those elements that are used to repair various types of buses, without indicating a specific brand. 4. The Contracting Authority shall require that the Contractor: 1) delivered the subject of the order, in accordance with the SWZ, at its own expense, to the warehouse of MZK Spółka z o.o. in Koszalin, ul. It's Gniezno 9. The contracting authority shall require that the spare parts supplied comply with the safety and design requirements of the bus manufacturers; 6. The Contractor is obliged to supply brand new spare parts: 1) first-class quality, meeting factory standards or being of comparable quality.
