Description

1. The subject matter of the procedure and the contract is the selection of the Contractor for successive (lots) supplies of reagents manufactured by Affinity Biosciences, Biomol, Biorbyt, Cayman Chemical, Clontech, EIAab, Jackson IR, ScienCell, STEMCELL, Takara, Vector Laboratories for organisational units of the Jagiellonian University – Collegium Medicum in Krakow, intended in particular for educational, statutory, scientific, research and experimental-development activities. 1.1 In accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the procedure in question if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to use to finance the contract have not been awarded to it. 1.2 The subject-matter of the contract may be financed or co-financed, in particular, by the European Union or other funds obtained under external projects or contracts or programmes or grants, etc., both currently implemented by the Jagiellonian University – Collegium Medicum and in the future. 1.3 A detailed description of the subject of the contract containing a quantitative list of reagents is set out in Annex A to the SWZ, which is also the offer price calculation form and the current catalog of producers Affinity Biosciences, Biomol, Biorbyt, Cayman Chemical, Clontech, EIAab, Jackson IR, ScienCell, STEMCELL, Takara, Vector Laboratories available on the distributor's website, i.e.: https://biokom.com.pl/, which contains reagents not included in Annex A to the OTS and covered by the subject of the contract.
