Description

With this invitation to tender and its appendices, the Espoo Parish Association requests offers for the Espoo Parish Association's security services for the period 1.2.2027 - 31.1.2030 and for a possible one (1) option period 1.2.2030 - 31.1.2031. The aim of Espoo Parish Union's security services is to manage risks related to personal and space security, to improve the sense of security and comfort of staff and customers, and to ensure uninterrupted and safe services at the sites.In this procurement, security services include alarm centre services, emergency visits, district guarding, local guarding, security call buttons, area guarding based on camera surveillance and telephone emergency services (the telephone emergency services of a major accident team for mental maintenance). One service provider is selected to provide security services. A more detailed description of the procurement is given in the annexes to the invitation to tender.
