1. The subject of the contract is: - successive purchase of unleaded petrol and diesel fuel, hereinafter also referred to as ‘fuels’, for cars used by the Contracting Authority, - successive purchase of car accessories – specified in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the contract – for cars used by the Contracting Authority, - provision of car wash services (automatic or manual non-contact) and car vacuuming services, - successive payment of motorway tolls, tolls for toll roads, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the contract. 2. The purchase will be carried out using fuel cards in a non-cash system, by the Employer's employees at fuel stations or at dedicated payment points. 3. The contracting authority shall determine the total estimated demand in the following quantities: a) 15 264 litres of diesel fuel (ON marked B7). b) 1 00 512 litres of petrol (leadless Pb95 marked E10). c) PLN 1 030 120.99 gross for car accessories, car wash services, vacuum cleaners and motorway tolls and toll roads, i.e.: - purchase of utility fluids (Ad-blue, oils, lubricants, operating fluids, pastes, etc.) - purchase of automotive cosmetics (liquids for cleaning interiors, windows, cockpit, upholstery, leather, rims, polishers, polishing pastes, etc.) - purchase of small spare parts (wiper blades, fuses, bulbs, etc.) - car washing, vacuuming service. - motorway tolls, toll roads. 4. A detailed description of the order is included in the annexes to the FTZ - Description of the subject of the Order and the Draft Terms of the Agreement. 5. Place of performance of the contract: The Contractor shall enable the Ordering Party to carry out the purchases and services specified in paragraph. 1 using fuel cards 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, whereby purchases and services will be carried out at service stations operated by employees employed at a given service station, without the need for a given service station to have a designated employee for customer service in the field of fuelling and washing and vacuuming cars, in the number of not less than 400 facilities, throughout Poland, with the proviso that the Contractor will enable the use of: - a minimum of three service stations in each voivodship according to the currently applicable administrative division of the country, excluding voivodship cities; - a minimum of one station in each of the cities in which the headquarters of UDT Units are located, in accordance with the list contained in Annex 2 to the Agreement. 6. Time limit for performance of the contract: a period starting no earlier than 01.01.2026 and ending no later than 31.03.2029 or until the total gross maximum contractual remuneration is exhausted, whichever is the first.
