Description

Delegation of the public service for the production and distribution of drinking water. - Ensure for a period of 10 years, from 1 January 2027, the operation of the public drinking water service on the perimeter of the 21 member municipalities of CAPSO. - Update the heritage inventory, - Operate the public drinking water service (purchases of water in close connection with CAPSO and distribution to subscribers) - Ensure the continuity of public service and accountability for the quality of public service, - Ensure customer management, - Bear the risks associated with the operation of the service, - Ensure the maintenance and repair work of the structures, materials and equipment of the drinking water service, - Manage the functional and heritage renewal as part of a renewal account, - Set up and manage a network renewal fund in order to harmonize the state of the heritage throughout the perimeter, taking into account the current rates of renewal of the networks - Set up and manage a work fund for the realization of the works of safety and security on the 8 tanks in operation of the extended perimeter, - Carry out concesive work on 3 tanks, - Pilotage of the performance of the service (implementation of the own tools of the delegate) and training of staff to acquire the technical and management knowledge necessary for the safety and management of the service.
