Description

Delegation of the public service for the production and distribution of drinking water. - Ensure for a period of 10 years, from 1 January 2027, the operation of the public drinking water service on the perimeter of the 21 member municipalities of CAPSO. - Update the inventory of assets, - Operate the public drinking water service (purchases of water in close connection with CAPSO and distribution to subscribers) - Ensure the continuity of public service and accountability for the quality of public service, - Ensure customer management, - Support the risks associated with the operation of the service, - Ensure the maintenance and repair work of the works, materials and equipment of the drinking water service, - Manage the functional and patrimonial renewal as part of a renewal account, - Set up and manage a network renewal fund to harmonize the state of the heritage throughout the perimeter, taking into account the current renewal rates of the networks - Set up and manage a work fund for the implementation of safety and security work on the 8 active reservoirs of the expanded perimeter, - Conduct conceivable works on 3 reservoirs, - Manage service performance (implementation of the delegate's own tools) and training staff to acquire the technical knowledge and management necessary for the safety and control of the service.
