Description

The service includes the collection of the procurement documents or the electronic receipt of order and printing data, the production of the printed items in offset and high-pressure (stamping, stamping, numbering), personalisation, making-up, packaging at the contractor’s production premises and delivery of the commercial printed material to the offices of use within the Bundestag’s homes in Berlin Central, and the disposal of the packaging material.
Business printed matter is grouped into 16 groups of articles (units, letters, envelopes, brochures, SD sentences, cards, forms, card cards, loose-leaf works, book binders, programme booklets, folders, mailing bags, business cards, flyers, other) and must be produced with various print specifications. The bulk of the order numbers and the order volumes are grouped in envelopes, cards, mail-order bags and business cards.
The parliamentary and administrative activities of the German Bundestag focus not only on the high-quality quality of business printed matter but also on the timely delivery of small time slots. For example, 80-page brochures with special colours must be printed in offset printing, with foil relief embossed into an adhesive brochure and delivered within 48 hours.
