Description

Am Standort Berlin werden in der ABB Ausbildungszentrum Berlin gGmbH in hochmodernen Lehrwerkstätten der Fachkräftenachwuchs ausgebildet. Derzeit sind über 800 Auszubildende aus verschiedenen Unternehmen in der beruflichen Erstausbildung im ABB Ausbildungszentrum Berlin tätig.
Im Rahmen einer geplanten Erweiterung wird eine automatisierte Montageanlage projektiert und gebaut. In dieser Anlage soll die Fertigung eines Modellautos erfolgen. Dabei sollen die Aus- und Fortzubildenden Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse in ihrem Berufsbild erlernen und das Zusammenwirken verschiedenster Systeme in einer Industrie 4.0 Anlage kennenlernen.
Im Zuge der Konzeptionierung der Montageanlage sind eine Vollautomatisierung und eine Anwendung von konventioneller und kollaborierender Robotik in der Anlage zu berücksichtigen. Dabei fertigen die Auszubildenden und die Teilnehmenden an den Seminaren Bauteile für das Fahrzeugmodell an, die der Montageanlage zugeführt werden.
