Description

The objectives set by the study are:
(a) to measure, by means of a diagnosis, the local challenges of increasing the attractiveness of the rail network; identify in particular the impact of this increase on travel practices and the constraints to be taken into account in order to move Lannion station towards a multimodal station consolidating the attractiveness of the urban cluster, the agglomeration and the territory of the Scot du Trégor;
(b) define the needs and quantitative and qualitative objectives for improving accessibility at Lannion station;
(c) drawing up planning scenarios: operation of the operational perimeter of the multimodal station, accessibility of the multimodal station, links with the surrounding urban areas, integrating environmental and heritage constraints, leading to a finalised and validated project in the form of a multiannual programme of actions to be carried out by each partner.
The study is phased in 3 parts:
phase 1: diagnosis – needs analysis,
phase 2: scenarios,
phase 3: deepening of the chosen scenario.
