The subject-matter of the contract is the construction of the Recreation and Sports Complex (KRS) of the City Centre for Sport and Recreation in Sosnowiec covered by Construction Permit Decision No 203/17 of 13 April 2017, ref.: WAB.6740.1.10.2017.SM;T-137/R-S.
Address of building intention: The site of the Recreational and Sports Complex (KRS) is located at ul. MJR. Mr Hubal-Dobrzański and Mr Gacka in the Klimontów district, the municipality of Sosnowiec and comprises plots No 407/9, 407/5, 407/4, 407/8, 0006. The area covered by the study was further increased by plot 406/1 belonging to the Municipality of Sosnowiec and made available to the Investor for the construction of the pavement and road plot 407/2 on which the exit from the ul is located.
