The subject-matter of the contract includes post-warranty (subscription) maintenance and provision of a continuous workflow, with the possibility of further development and development of a single electronic centralised register of natural and legal persons performing intermediation activities and/or providing temporary work and the related Information System ‘Administration of Intermediation Activities’ (IS ADD). The purpose of the public procurement is to ensure reliable, secure and uninterrupted operation of the Registry and IS APD after the expiration of the warranty support (extra-guarantee support of the application software) of the Registry, including subsequent development of functionalities and adaptation to new legal and administrative requirements.
