Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection and management of municipal waste from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Centres (PSZOK) from the territory of the Municipalities of the EKO SIÓDEMKA Inter-municipal Association, including recovery or disposal, in a way that ensures that appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods are achieved and that the weight of bio-waste transferred to landfill is reduced. Partial tenders may be submitted. The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the option (in whole or in part). The description of the subject-matter of the contract, hereinafter ‘OPZ’, is set out in Annex A to the FTZ. The detailed scope of services to be provided is determined by the price forms constituting Annex 1a -1b to the FTZ. Location of performance of the subject-matter of the contract: PSZOK in Rzemiechów (Kobylin Commune, plot No 968/3), PSZOK in Krotoszyn, ul. Ceglarska (lot no. 3750/6), PSZOK in Sulmierzyce, ul. Starokościelna 3, PSZOK w Zdunach, ul. Tomorrowsińska (lot no. 2616/2) The Contracting Authority does not envisage organising a local vision with his participation. The Ordering Party recommends that you familiarize yourself with the area in which the service will be performed.
