Pursuant to Article 139 of the Act, the contracting authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders and then make a qualitative selection of the contractor whose tender will be the highest rated, as regards the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure. 2.7. The Contractor will be bound by his tender until 31 December 2025. 2.8. Communication in the procedure, with the exception of the submission of tenders/requests to participate in the procedure, takes place electronically via the communication forms available in the ‘Forms’ tab (‘Communication forms’). In particular, calls and notices, questions and answers are sent through the ‘Communication Forms’.
