1. The subject of the contract is:
Service consisting of pre-implementation analysis, design, configuration and implementation of an intelligent control, control and management system between the University and the Center for Innovative Technologies consisting of 2 parts:
Part 1: CRM module (Custormer Relationship Management / Customer Relationship Management System),
Part 2: a module supporting the acquisition, aggregation and monitoring of projects (hereinafter: The design module).
2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract and the technical requirements can be found in the annexes:
For Part 1:
• Annex 1a to the FTZ – Detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract – for Lot 1;
• Annex 6a to the FTZ – Functionality description for Part 1;
For Part 2:
