The subject of the order is: Carrying out construction and installation works for the purpose of changing joinery in student dormitories of the Technical University of Sofia, by lots: Lot 1: ‘Replacement of external windows of student dormitory No 13 of the Technical University of Sofia’. Lot 2: ‘Replacement of external windows of student dormitory No 54, entrance A of the Technical University of Sofia’. Lot 3: ‘Replacement of external windows of student dormitory No 54, entrance B of the Technical University of Sofia’. Requirements for the scope of the different types of construction and installation works for the execution of the subject of the contract. -Disassembly: Dismantling of existing joinery and window sills, including transportation, loading and transportation. -Installation: Delivery and installation of external PVC windows of min 5 chamber profiles with double glazing of "K" glass and heat transfer coefficient Umax = 1.4 W/m2K - color white. Coating, plastering and painting with latex on the inside of the joinery up to 25 cm wide, including corner strips.
