Especially those linked to the planning, promotion, development and execution of new municipal car parks or extensions of existing ones, whether residential, rotational, mixed or dissuasive, directly or concessionally managed, underground, surface or height, and even regulated parking on public roads. Services or works performed of the same or similar nature as those that constitute the subject of the contract are considered, those that consist of the elaboration of: ļ‚· Demand studies. ļ‚· Parking proposals. ļ‚· Comprehensive feasibility studies, economic and financial viability and profitability of parking concessions. ļ‚· Mobility and traffic impact studies. ļ‚· Preliminary plans for the construction and operation of the works. ļ‚· Preparation of specifications for specific general and economic technical requirements for public works concession procurement for the drafting, construction and operation of new car parks, as well as the redevelopment of the affected area and replacement of affected services. The PPTP establishes the conditions that must serve as a basis for the preparation of the aforementioned specialized studies and defines the documents to be delivered by the Awardee.
