The subject of the contract is the task entitled: ‘Maintenance of flood embankments in the area of ZZ Sandomierz in the years 2025-2027’ As part of the maintenance of the above-mentioned facilities (flood embankments), the Contractor is responsible for carrying out the following works and activities, in particular: 1. Supervision and patrolling of embankments and embankments preventing destruction, grazing of cattle and devastation of these devices on the assigned section. 2. Workwear and footwear (jacket, trousers, shirt, shoes, rubber bands and waistcoats) fitted to the staff of the embankment guards, with the words ‘WAŁOWY WATCH TOWER’ clearly legible for use in the performance of their duties, 3. Providing the Ordering Party with direct telephone contact to employees supervising flood embankments, 4. Equipping employees with appropriate equipment including (combustion scythe, shovel, artifice, forks, axe, secateur, saw, rake, protective clothing - gloves, visors, protective glasses, cleaning products, work clothes, rubber shoes, waders) and the necessary consumables to perform the task (paints, abisoles, brushes, rubber seals for replacement, hand keys, abrasive paper, solvents, lubricants, propellants for equipment). 5. Participate in periodic surveys of spring and autumn embankments. 6. Maintenance of long inlets 10m and outlets with an outlet to the river / stream and drainage of tributaries and outlets from the shaft locks throughout the section (to the outlet to the receiver) 7.
