The subject matter of the contract is the supply and installation of a new, non-remanufactured and unused device for assisted upper limb therapy (‘the goods’) for the Clinic of Physiology, Balneology and Medical Rehabilitation. The subject of the contract must be in perfect condition and must comply with all applicable legislation in the territory of the Slovak Republic. An integral part of the contract is transport to the place of delivery, unloading at the place of delivery, unpacking and disposal of packaging, handing over the written documents necessary for the acquisition of ownership of the subject matter of the contract, providing the user documentation for the subject matter of the contract necessary for proper and error-free use of the subject matter of the contract for the specified purpose in accordance with all legal regulations, completing and commissioning the subject matter of the contract (installation) with the issuance of a certificate of installation, testing the functionality and operability of the delivered subject matter of the contract, carrying out the first official test (acceptance test), professional training of personnel, as well as providing authorised warranty service for a period of 24 months and carrying out all preventive inspections and checks, which are laid down by legal regulations and prescribed by the manufacturer for the offered goods during the warranty period.
