The subject of this invitation to tender is the implementation planning (commissioning planning) as well as the preparation and participation of the award. This invitation to tender relates to planning services of the technical trade for high-voltage power plants (50 Hz systems) in the corresponding application of § 55 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15 (Lph 5-9 as basic service incl. special services) and construction planning services in accordance with DB Ril 406.
