Description

The Sinzheim elementary school was built around 1900 and rebuilt in 1991 and supplemented by an extension. The building has a maximum length of 36.00 m and a maximum width of 21.00 m. Due to the use of the school, the building is a special construction in accordance with Section 38(2)(5) of the LBO. The plot size is about 1,700 m2, with the overbuilt area (GFA) taking up about 600 m2 of it. In order to allow an extension of the area, partial areas of neighboring land were purchased. The total area is about 2,975 m2. In order to meet the needs of the full-day care for about 130 students, a self-sufficient extension is planned on the purchased neighboring plots. The commissioning of the HLS planning is to take place in November 2024. The cost estimate (as at 04/2024) is: KG 300 1.700.000 € gross KG 400 633.640 € gross KG 410 115.000 € gross KG 420 149.000 € gross KG 430 128.000 € gross KG 480 93.000 € gross The subject of this invitation to tender is the planning services for technical equipment, plant groups 1-3+8 in accordance with §§ 53 et seq. HOAI with the performance phases 1-9. A step-by-step commissioning is carried out. In stage 1, the performance phases 1-4 are first commissioned. There is no legal claim to a total commissioning.
