Deze aanbestedingsleidraad bevat informatie over de Europese niet-openbare aanbestedingsprocedure van de opdracht “27978 | Ontwerp, Directievoering en Toezicht voor de Binnenrenovatie en Revitalisatie van het Kruisgebouw (Leefafdeling en cellen gedetineerden) PI Sittard van het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf De PI Sittard is een kruisinrichting uit 1988 en heeft een totale oppervlakte van 20.246 m2. De cellen zijn gesitueerd in het “Kruisgebouw”, welke respectievelijk twee en drie bouwlagen hoog is, de secundaire ruimten zijn in de randgebouwen om het Kruisgebouw heen ondergebracht. De opdracht betreft het maken van een ontwerp om door middel van het revitalisatieprogramma de inrichting toekomstvast te maken: technisch, duurzaam en functioneel voor DJI.
