The procurement covers treatment activities in all-day care facilities for adults aged 18 and over with abuse or addiction problems.
The procurement is divided into 3 lots:
— residential care facilities;
— nursing homes are co-morbidities;
— investigation and motivation.
Providers shall offer behavioural transformative interventions that contribute to the improvement of clients’ life, parenthood, functionality and quality of life. Efforts should focus on the problem of abuse.
