The subject matter of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6. 1 pt. 1 of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (codification: Journal of Laws 2014, item 1153) involving work on forest breeding and conservation, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, hunting management and meadow management to be carried out in the Okonek Forest District
in 2015
The subject matter of the contract is divided into seven lots.
Part I – forestry: Węgorzewo, Racibórz.
Part II – forestry: Lędyczek, Walma, Brokęcino.
Part III – forestry: Wilcze Laski, Marianovo.
Part IV – forestry: Syoyanac, Pniewo.
Part V – Hunting management in OHZ.
Part VI – Forestry protection (PAD service).
Part VII – meadow-agricultural management.
Further description of the subject matter of the contract can be found in Annexes 1B/1-1B/7 and 1C to the specifications.
The contractor may submit a tender for one or more lots.
The procedure shall be conducted by means of an open tendering procedure pursuant to Article 10(3). 1 and 39-46 of the Public Procurement Act of 29 January 2004 (codification: Journal of Laws 2013, item 907 as amended, hereinafter referred to as the PPL), taking into account Article 5.
