Description

The subject-matter of the LP is the acquisition, preservation and replacement of 100 tonnes of heat-treated meat product made from shallow, spreadable, canned, sterilised pâté (‘HR pâté’ or ‘pâté’). HR pate will be the property of the Czech Republic as part of the state material reserves. In accordance with Section 35 of the Act, the subject-matter of the VZ is divided into 5 (five) separate parts, namely: Part 1. VZ: Delivery, conservation and replacement of 20 tonnes of pâté; Part 2. VZ: Delivery, conservation and replacement of 20 tonnes of pâté; Part 3. VZ: Delivery, conservation and replacement of 20 tonnes of pâté; Part 4. VZ: Delivery, conservation and replacement of 20 tonnes of pâté; Part 5. VZ: Delivery, protection and replacement of 20 tons of pâté.
