This contract concerns digital marketing and communication services for all National Lottery games and aims to conclude a framework agreement with a single PAR LOT service provider following a two-stage procedure. See the contract documents to be downloaded via the website https://www.publicprocurement.be. This is a two-stage procedure. Applications will be examined and selected on the basis of the selection guide (phase 1). Only selected candidates will be invited to submit a tender (phase 2).
