The purpose of the procurement is to increase the performance of public administration at the level of Beștepe ATU and subordinated institutions, in the field of social and medical services, by implementing measures to simplify general administrative procedures of front-office and back-office type, respectively streamlining intra- and inter-institutional communication flows.
