Description

The subject of the call for tenders is the planning services of technical equipment, high-voltage systems, telecommunications and information technology systems in accordance with Part 4, Section 2, § 53 et seq., HOAI 2021 The planning task refers to the renovation and conversion measures of the building stock in accordance with overview plans of the renovation sections from BA8 onwards (see Annex Plan document ‘Overview of construction sections’ of 06.02.2025). The upcoming construction phases 8 and 9 include expected construction costs of approximately EUR 11.8 million gross or total construction costs of approximately EUR 16.7 million gross (as at Feb. 2025). The necessary construction measures for the BA8 are to be carried out within a period of about 2 years and will then be continued directly with the BA9. Renovation and refurbishment measures in the areas that have already been completely renovated are not part of the planning task. The technical planning of the technical equipment, high-voltage systems, telecommunications and information technology systems will be based on the architect's property planning services.
