Supply of specific medical devices and supplies to the Neurosurgery Clinic at St. Anna University Hospital – Sofia AD – Part Two.
The subject of the call for tenders was the supply of specific medical devices and supplies to the Neurosurgery Clinic at the St. Anna University Hospital in Sofia AD, in accordance with a specification annexed to the tender documentation. The period for performance of the contract is 24 (twenty-four) months, with periodic deliveries depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority. The delivery period is at the proposal of the participant in hours, but not longer than 4 /four/ hours from the receipt of a written request from the Assignor. Tenders may be submitted for one or more lots. Participation in a lot is complex and participants should cover all sub-items contained in the lot. Participants who do not cover all sub-items in a lot shall be excluded from participation in that lot. The participant shall submit only one tender, in accordance with the conditions set out in the tender documents. The medical devices and consumables offered should comply with the parameters laid down in the specification drawn up by the Contracting Authority. Each participant should attach to its technical proposal the following documents, which are an integral part of it: 1. Catalogue from the manufacturer of the offered medical devices - to indicate the specific model /catalogue number/, from which the compliance of the offered medical devices and consumables with the requirements of the Employer set out in the technical specification is visible. 2. Authorization/authorization letter, valid at the date of submission of the tender, from the company-manufacturer or its representative or authorized person, issued in the name of the participant, granting the participant the right to trade in its products. Where the letter is issued by a representative or authorised person of the manufacturer, a document from the manufacturer certifying the representative authority of these persons/companies should also be provided.
