Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: sukcesywny odbiór z Zakładu Zagospodarowania Odpadów w Trzebani gm. Osieczna, woj. wielkopolskie odpadów ulegających biodegradacji o kodzie 20 02 01 oraz ich transport bezpośrednio do instalacji celem zagospodarowania, w procesie odzysku R3. Sposób zagospodarowania przedmiotowych odpadów musi być zgodny z obowiązującymi w tym zakresie przepisami prawa i decyzjami posiadanymi przez Wykonawcę.
2. Szacunkowa ilość odpadów ulegających biodegradacji o kodzie 20 02 01 przewidziana do odbioru i zagospodarowania przez Wykonawcę w okresie realizacji zamówienia, tj. 6 miesięcy liczone od dnia podpisania umowy wynosi ok. 3000 Mg.
