Description

Upphandlingen omfattar konsultmäkleri, dvs. förmedling av verksamhetsnära konsulttjänster, såsom ett komplement till Beställarens egen verksamhet. Tjänsterna ska utföras hos Beställaren. Upphandlingen består av två (2) anbudsområden: Anbudsområde 1: Baskonsulter (studenter) samt Anbudsområde 2: Konsulter (nivå 1-3). Anbudsgivaren kan lämna anbud på ett eller flera anbudsområden. Om antalet kvalificerade anbudsgivare tillåter så kommer ramavtal tecknas med två (2) anbudsgivare per anbudsområde. Respektive beställare tecknar separata ramavtal med maximalt två (2) anbudsgivare per anbudsområde. En av beställarna kommer enbart teckna avtal inom anbudsområde 2. Uppskattat värde på ramavtalet för anbudsområde 1 är 3 000 000 kronor. Uppskattat värde på ramavtaket för anbudsområde 2 är 30 000 000 kronor. Målet med upphandlingen är att säkerställa att köparna får professionell hjälp med att hitta konsulter som har rätt kompetens och erfarenhet för aktuellt uppdrag.
