Description

The purpose of the consultation is to enable RESAH, acting as a central purchasing body within the meaning of Article 26-I: (1) of Order No 2015-899 (purchase of resale) to acquire multimedia terminals, management software, accessories and associated services intended for any organisation, meeting the definition of ‘beneficiary’. Details of the services are set out in the Special Technical Specifications (CCTP). The estimated non-contractual amount of the framework agreement is EUR 10 000 000 over 4 years. The services can be purchased using 2 modes: purchase and lease-maintenance without option to buy. They are executed in mainland France (including Corsica) and in DROM (French Guiana, Martinique, Réunion, Guadeloupe and Mayotte) if PSEF DROM is raised (see RC).
