Description

Construction of an extension of 800 m² to house pedagogical premises focusing on culinary preparation and an application restaurant. At the same time, partial rehabilitation of the existing premises results in the complete renovation of the covered enclosure in order to improve thermal insulation. It results in the reclassification of the façades (3 260 m²) and blankets (5 300 m²), replacement of external joinery (approximately 300 ALU joiners in the existing one). PRM accessibility is addressed by the creation of 2 lift cages and the creation of a lift. Minor works such as the demolition of certain shelters and lightweight constructions will be accompanied by road works and external fitting-out work. Some of the external networks and fittings will be renovated.
