De opdracht bestaat uit het volledig uitvoeren van de operationele dienstverlening voor VDAB ten behoeve van tail spend aankopen met beperkte waarde. En dit conform de wetgeving overheidsopdrachten. Deze niet-strategische tail spend aankopen met beperkte waarde kunnen omvatten, maar niet-limitatief: relatiegeschenken, geschenken bij levensmijlpalen, teambuildings, zoeken en boeken van zalen, etc. In eerste instantie zal het hoogstwaarschijnlijk (en vooral) om bestelling voor relatiegeschenken, geschenken bij levensmijlpalen en teambuildings gaan.
