Description

Periodic deliveries of food products for the needs of children's and social institutions on the territory of Isperih Municipality and secondary budget spending units. The type and quantity of food products are specified in the Technical Specification, an integral part of this documentation. The quantities indicated in the technical specification are estimated. The contracting authority reserves the right not to declare the whole specified quantity of food products by type and/or number, without any adverse consequences for it. The execution of the public procurement will be carried out through periodic deliveries, on the basis of written requests, according to the needs of the Contracting Authority, free of the warehouses of the above-mentioned establishments. Deliveries of the goods are made after a written request by the Assignor, provided to the Contractor as necessary, through the site-final recipient. The delivery of the products is carried out by transport of the Contractor, equipped with the necessary equipment depending on the specifics of the transported products.
