Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the construction of a building complex in the village of Zielonki Parcele in Stare Babice, consisting of the Municipality of Gimnazjum, the Cultural and Sports Centre with its facilities – Task 1: Raw state with masonry partitions and roofing, sub-surface installation and reconstruction and partial decommissioning of water drainage facilities.
2. The subject-matter of the contract shall include:
(1) The Contractor shall carry out the development of the construction site and its facilities.
The development of the construction site and facilities shall include:
(a) Exercise the fencing of the site;
(b) Execution for the construction of internal roads from concrete plates on the investment site, including entrances from municipal roads, fencing and gates and scooters;
(C) Provision of storage and social office containers;
(D) The construction of a hardened square for the composition of construction materials and equipment;
(e) The construction of branches from the electrical separation for the construction site;
(F) Construction of water-to-cane connections for construction purposes;
(g) The construction site is to be managed in accordance with the attached diagram (Annex 12 – construction site sketch).
(2) Geodetic service
(3) Execution of earthworks (excavation and backfills, etc.)
(a) Export of humus in the municipality of Stare Babice to locations designated by the Investor in the immediate vicinity of the investment;
(4) Construction and construction of wall walls and construction of walls
and internal for phases I and II. Insulation of damp and thermal conditions

(5) Comprehensive execution of works on roof coverings and constructions consisting of:
(a) all crossings and culverts in the roof and their protection;
(b) lightning installation components;
(C) insulation (including thermal) covering and treatment;

(6) Creation of partitions with installation roofs;
(7) Performance of a sub-helpper installation in respect of:
(a) Sewerage system with wells inside buildings;
(b) Installation of rainwater drains with wells inside buildings and a patio installation in the gymnasium building;
(C) installation penetrators for water and electrical connections to buildings;
(8) Operation of a lightning installation;
(9) Reconstruction and partial decommissioning of water drainage facilities;
(10) Installation of roof gusts and installation of rainwater drainage facilities from the roof to the adjacent area;
(11) execution of the construction works in accordance with the technical documentation;
(12) Completion of as-built documentation – 2 copies and electronic versions.

4. Comments on the subject-matter of the contract.
(1) The contracting authority requires the works to be carried out in the following order: construction. A, Construction.B and C.
(2) Preserve the existing stand for the duration of construction.
(3) The cost of harvesting trees and possible compensatory plantings shall be borne by the Contractor.
(4) In the event of a conflict, the Contractor shall rebuild the conflicting networks in agreement with the Contracting Authority.
(5) The Contractor is responsible for the provision of electricity during construction
(6) The costs of water consumption and waste water discharge from sanitary containers during construction are borne by the Contractor
(7) Interior sub-facing installation shall be constructed with conductors of 0.3 m above level ‘0’ and stopper
(8) The sub-fitting installation moves 2.0 m outside the front of the foundation wall at the end of the end
(9) It shall be for the Contractor to obtain all the decisions and arrangements necessary for the proper performance of the subject-matter of the contract.
(10) The contracting authority requires that the fencing and the internal access road be left on the construction site until the construction of the roads and the targeted fencing around the building begins. The indicative period for dismantling the fencing and internal roads is October-December 2016. The Contractor will be informed in writing.

(11) The contracting authority requires a full fence for the duration of construction at a height of at least 2 m, and there must be no advertising or subtitles on the fencing.
(12) The contracting authority requires one of the office containers to consist of a room for coordination meetings on the site for at least 8 persons.
(13) The Contractor must provide the Contracting Authority with delivery sheets for particularly hazardous waste
(14) The Contractor shall provide refuse containers and their emptying.
(15) The Contractor will provide 24/7 protection at the site.
(16) The contract must first be executed in accordance with the ToR, the contract, the design documentation, the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the construction works, technical knowledge, construction art and applicable regulations.
(17) The applicable form of remuneration is the flat-rate remuneration, and the attached bills of quantities are merely ancillary to the calculation of the offer price. Summary of the attached bills of measurement:
