The subject-matter of the contract is the construction of a building complex in the village of Zielonki Parcele in Stare Babice, consisting of the Municipality of Gimnazjum, the Cultural and Sports Centre with its facilities – Task 1: Raw state with masonry partitions and roofing, sub-surface installation and reconstruction and partial decommissioning of water drainage facilities.
2. The subject-matter of the contract shall include:
(1) The Contractor shall carry out the development of the construction site and its facilities.

4. Comments on the subject-matter of the contract.
