Description

The object of the construction project is the general renovation of the existing triple sports hall built in 1985, including the necessary demolition work, partial new buildings and the complete renewal of the technical building equipment. The aim of the measure is to establish a modern, safe and barrier-free sports hall operation in compliance with the applicable public law regulations, in particular with regard to fire protection, accessibility and energy requirements in accordance with the Building Energy Act (Building Energy Act). The measure is mainly carried out in the existing building under integration of the existing building structures, whereby constructive interventions are limited to the necessary extent. The transition to the adjacent high school will be integrated into the construction project. The construction is carried out in a construction phase.
