Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of post-warranty technical service for HDS products (hardware and software) owned by the Ordering Party. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, a list of tasks, deadlines and conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract, payments, etc. are specified in the Draft Terms of the Agreement (hereinafter: ‘PPU’), which constitute Annex 2 to the FTZ and the Description of the subject-matter of the contract (hereinafter: ‘OPZ’), which constitutes Annexes 1 to the FTZ. The contracting authority divided the subject of the contract into the basic contract and the contract covered by the option right accordingly. 1) The basic contract includes: Provision of post-warranty technical service for HDS products (hardware and software) owned by the Ordering Party. Products owned by the Ordering Party to be covered by the service are indicated in point. 2 of OPZ. The service must meet the requirements set out in point. 3 of OPZ. The Service will be provided within 36 months of signing the Agreement, with the exception of devices indicated in points 2.1 and 2.2 of the OPZ, for which the Service will be provided within 12 months of signing the Agreement; 2) The order under the option right (Option) includes: Purchase of extensions for HDS products (hardware and software) owned by the Ordering Party.
