Description

By this request for information, the HUS Group (‘HUS’) wishes to identify the market supply of reagents suitable for (1) the removal of excess primers and dNTP after PCR amplification, based on both enzyme and resin-based methods; (2) the purification of the Sanger sequencing reaction. On an annual basis, PCR product cleaning is carried out with HUS Diagnostic Center Genetics on approximately 2,000 samples and with Clinical Microbiology on approximately 6,000 samples. An estimated 500 Sanger sequencing plates (96 in well plate format) will be made. The aim of this pre-notification is to identify suppliers active in the sector, to obtain information on the solutions available on the market and to inform about the plans and requirements of the future procurement. If you have solutions in your portfolio that are suitable for the purpose described above, we kindly ask you to answer the following questions for the reagents in Component 1: 1.
