In such a case, the Contractor shall prove in the tender, in particular by the means of proof in question, that the solutions proposed satisfy to an equivalent extent the requirements set out in the description of the subject-matter of the contract. 10. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the possibility of applying for a contract only by the Contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Public Procurement Act. 11.
