Description

The contract concerns the rental and maintenance of digital copiers, for municipal administrative services, communal schools, the prevention unit, the Seraing-Neupré Police Zone and the Seraing C.P.A.S. from 01 April 2026 to 31 March 2030. The contract includes: • delivery, complete installation, preventive and planned maintenance (at least one annual review site), repair, take-back of copiers and fax machines and all the accessories that enable them to function perfectly; • the supply of all consumables except paper and staples; • staff training and assistance in the event of a problem via an automatic internet system The contract is based on a total ESIME volume of: Additional copiers may be added to this contract under the terms of this contract and the rent will be calculated taking into account the investment amount and the number of months remaining.
