Stichting Hoger Onderwijs Nederland (hierna: Inholland) is voornemens om haar onderwijsgebouw aan de locatie te Alkmaar uit te breiden, gecombineerd met gedeeltelijke aanpassingen in het bestaande gebouw. De omvang van de werkzaamheden wordt geraamd op ca. €12.500.000,- excl. BTW. Dit betreft een schatting met als doel om zicht op de globale omvang van de te verrichten werkzaamheden te geven. Hieraan kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend.
