Du fait de la fermeture du site de la Mulatière fin 2023 et de l’obsolescence technique du logiciel actuel, SNCF souhaite déployer une solution, standard du marché, permettant la gestion des rendez-vous et le suivi des dossiers du Pôle de Soutien Psychologique via une solution en mode SaaS avec un hébergement HDS afin de gagner en efficacité dans sa gestion quotidienne, notamment en :
► Reprenant le périmètre actuel de l’outil de planification
► Incluant les fonctionnalités jamais activées pour le suivi des activités des psychologues
► Améliorant la sécurisation des données sensibles
► Pouvant renseigner en temps réel les clients du reporting des activités et supprimer les reportings manuels
► Pouvant assurer une facturation
