ce marché concerne la maintenance du bâtiment de bureaux Arena. Cet immeuble fait partie du programme immobilier Arena 92 et est accolé à une enceinte de spectacle. Le marché couvre uniquement la maintenance de l'immeuble de bureaux, propriété du Département. (La maintenance des équipements mutualisés dans le cadre de l'ensemble immobilier est assurée hors marché par une Aful.) Il est constitué d'une aile intégrant des patios ouverts comportant 8 étages plus une mezzanine et 1 niveau en infrastructure, totalisant une surface de 31 000 mètres carrés.il s'agit d'un marché composite qui comprend :-Une partie à prix global et forfaitaire pour les prestations de maintenance préventive et corrective dans le cadre d'une garantie totale.-une partie accord-cadre à bons de commande et à marchés subséquents sans montant minimum et montant maximum de 300 000 Euros (H.T.). Pour les prestations de maintenance corrective. Ces montants s'entendent pour la durée initiale du marché, à savoir 12 mois
