Tekniset kiinteistönhuoltopalvelut (LVISKA) seurakunnan hallinnoimiin kiinteistöihin, pois lukien pakaste-, jää- ja viileäkaapit, joissa on laitekohtainen jäähdytyskoneikko. Hankinta muodostuu yhdestä (1) kokonaisuudesta, ja sopimus tullaan tekemään yhden (1) tarjoajan kanssa. Sopimukseen kuuluvista tehtävistä ja niiden sisällöstä on kerrottu tarkemmin palvelukuvauksessa ja kohdekohtaisissa huolto-ohjelmissa.
