Auftragsgegenstand ist die Unterstützung der atomrechtlichen Aufsicht als hinzugezogener Sachverständiger gemäß § 20 AtG zur Begutachtung von Fragestellungen in Bezug auf Qualitätsmanagement, Fachkunde, Organisation und Betriebsvorschriften des Endlagers Konrad. Eine nähere Projektbeschreibung, in der das Beschaffungsvorhaben eingehend erläutert wird, ist in der Vergabeunterlage „Leistungsbeschreibung“ enthalten; die Leistungsbeschreibung ist zugleich Anlage zur Rahmenvereinbarung.
