Description

Omschrijving van de opdracht
Perceel 1: Leveren van nodulair gietijzeren buizen en spie-mof flens hulpstukken
Perceel 2: Leveren van hulpstukken in nodulair gietijzer met flensverbindingen
De leidraad heeft louter betrekking op de opmaak van het kandidaatstellingsdossier. Het betreft geen bestek. Water-link zal de definitieve technische specificaties opnemen in het bestek dat enkel aan de geselecteerde kandidaten zal worden bezorgd.
Deze opdracht dient te worden beschouwd als een opdracht van leveringen (in de zin van art. 2, 20 van de wet inzake overheidsopdrachten van17 juni 2016).
De overeenkomst wordt gesloten voor een looptijd van één jaar. Drie verlengingen zijn mogelijk, telkens voor één jaar. De datum van de inwerkingtreding van de overeenkomst wordt in onderling overleg bepaald met de partij aan wie de opdracht wordt gegund.
