The Education Agency (UDE) in Oslo shall hold a competition for the procurement of a new school platform for the Oslo schools, and hereby invites tenderers to a market dialogue with a dialogue conference and one-on-one meetings. The purpose of this is to inform tenderers about the project, increase the understanding of our needs, and facilitate open discussions about the capabilities of the market and delivery models, as well as how the competition can be held so as to be attractive to the tenderers themselves.
