Description

The framework supply agreement ‘The supply of laboratory reagents with equipment – Turda Municipal Hospital’ – in accordance with the data sheet and the tender specifications.
The object of the subsequent contracts will be the supply of laboratory reagents needed to relieve the determinants/investigations requested by the tender specifications.
The contracting authority shall reply clearly and completely to all requests for clarification. In accordance with Articles 160 to 161 of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the deadline for the contracting authority’s reply to clarifications is on the 10th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders. Number of days up to which clarification may be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders/applications: 16 days.
