Description

La necesidad del Ayuntamiento de Málaga de contratar las prestaciones que son objeto del contrato, la idoneidad de su objeto y la competencia municipal para su ejecución, justificados tales requisitos en el informe de inicio suscrito por la Tesorera de fecha 27 de febrero de 2023, concretamente, el referido informe indica que" (...)La realización de este expediente se justifica por la necesaria colaboración bancaria-financiera para dar cumplimiento al servicio público que el Ayuntamiento de Málaga debe prestar a los obligados al pago en cuanto a facilitarles los derechos y obligaciones, tanto tributarios como no tributarios.Por ello se establece imprescindible la realización de presente contrato con objeto de que se pueda seguir prestando correctamente los servicios de recaudación y pagos sin que ello ocasiones un perjuicio al normal funcionamiento de ésta", todo ello en cumplimiento de lo establecido en el artículo 28 de la LCSP.
