Description

De kern van de opgave ligt in de herinrichting van het openbaar domein door het maken van fysieke verbindingen op verschillende schaalniveaus. Gevraagd wordt om een concreet, uitvoerbaar voorstel voor logische verbindingen tussen de zee, de duinen, de oude dorpskern en Noorderhaven, met aantakkingen waar nodig zodat de tussenliggende bloemkoolwijken duidelijker worden ontsloten en Julianadorp tot een logisch samenhangend geheel wordt gesmeed. Een dorp dat niet geïsoleerd in het landschap ligt, maar daar juist gebruik van maakt en voordeel aan heeft. Essentieel is dat de nabijheid van de zee kan worden beleefd op een manier die een eigen identiteit aan Julianadorp verschaft.
